European University of Lefke organized its “Happy Saturdays” event on Saturday, April 18, bringing together students from the Pharmacy Department and other health-related faculties for a day full of social and recreational activities on campus.
Due to rainy weather conditions, most of the activities were held inside the Engineering Faculty building, where students participated in handcraft workshops, group games, cinema activities, and food gatherings aimed at strengthening communication and student interaction among different departments.
The event was organized to encourage students to engage in campus life outside academic studies while creating a friendly and entertaining atmosphere for participants from various cultural and educational backgrounds.
Students actively took part in the activities throughout the day, with many describing the event as an enjoyable opportunity to relax, socialize, and meet new people in a positive university environment.
University organizers stated that the “Happy Saturdays” initiative is designed to support student well-being and increase social activity on campus through creative and community-focused events.
